wooo Friday
1. I have had my car for a year. This is my car (well, a picture of what mine looks like, not actually my car—I am too lazy to take a picture). I pay $320 a month for this car! The door is broken! The dome light doesn't work! It does not have automatic locks or windows.
I wish I was kidding about the locks, guys! I could live with the windows, but the lock thing makes me froth!
My hope was to have the car for a year and then refinance! Guess what, guys! The economy is terrible and no one will refinance for us (auuuuugh)! this phone or this phone? I DON'T GET ONE NOW! Thanks, government! Thanks a lot! Now how the hell will I twitter illegally with Susan at work. Ugh.
2. So the pizza guy and the health department guy were all up in Target this week. I know I clocked at least one hour and forty-five minutes of time over my scheduled hours to clean. I walked into work today and the first thing that happens is I was given a great team card and a dog.
Not a real dog, a Target dog:

For good work we get stuffed dogs, but this dog was a repeat so I am going to see if I can do a trade for one I don't have with the new HR person, because old old HR person is becoming our manager and I am SO EFFING THRILLED YOU GUYS. We are going to be rocking out up in Target with our new awesome manager. :D
Right after I was presented with this dog, the GSTL came over and showed me where someone had written me a comment card about, uh, how I was awesome and respectful and friendly and always calm when serving at food avenue! THANK YOU, PERSON, even though I am unsure you have the right worker. Because that sounds exactly the opposite of me when I am at the counter. Most of the time in my head I am in a chorus of "OMMMMMMGGPIZZZA" because I am so far behind in my Pizza Hut work and I'm impatient and feel like it's spelled out all over my face that I am 100% pissed at the people who feel it's necessary to pay me $2.16 in change.
PSA: Food Avenue in any Target is not a Coinstar, guys! I promise.
3. Has anyone heard about these shenanigans? When I first heard about it, I was horrified and felt terrible for her, because Jesus! :(
Now I feel irrationally angry at her! It's not like it's hard enough for female victims as it is, this girl has to go pull this stunt. I am pretty disappointed with the GOP antics I've been seeing lately. Maybe I'm just missing the desperation because all the polls have Arkansas pretty sewed up forMcCain Palin; it's not like I'm in a swing state! I would love to be proven wrong, though, but I doubt it. Folks down here have their womb controller candidate, there's no going back, I fear.
4. I finished the third section of Weedyverse! THIS DESERVES ITS OWN NUMBER, YES IT DOES!. \o/
5. Trick or Treat 2008 is still going on! Now that I've finished Weedyverse I can go in and try to write something for everyone I can. Don't be afraid to make requests or second requests you see that you like even if you can't write. :)
Would anyone be interested in a PDF containing all the stories, or individual PDFs for each fandom? I'd totally be down with creating one/both—please weigh in and send your friends that are writing to come comment! eta: and by "interested" I mean, would you care if your work was IN one, not that you would necessarily use it. :)
