Question/possible suggestion-thing:
Would it work out to branch off 'induction' as a sub-comittee to VolComm? So that the main VolComm folks do the non-induction work and the subcommittee does all the 'Hi, welcome to OTW, here's your induction packet' stuff?
Obviously, it wouldn't be a 'ooh, look, we haz this nao' that jumps in and just exists starting tomorrow, but would that work to help ya'll out at all?
[this is my totally outsider's perspective, as i have no idea what goes on on the inside of your committee]
